lost/stolen:

we do not take responsibility for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address

wrong address:

if your order has not yet been shipped, we can change the shipping address. Once your order has left our distributon center, we cannot change the address, you may have to contact the household yourself. 

pre-order:

pre-orders will ship ASAP upon expected availability date.
