returns policy + portal

not in love with your order?

we offer full returns (and exchanges*) 14 days after delivery. (this means your order is submitted and dropped in the mail 14 days after your order arrived on your doorstep/mailbox).

all returns must be unworn, unwashed, free of scent, with tags and hygiene sticker still attached. - if any of these conditions are not met, your return may be refused and sent back to you at your cost.

tip: when your package arrives, open carefully, keep your tags and hygiene stickers on, wear undergarments then try your items on and make a decision right away. the sooner the better.

1. ship at your own cost using carrier of your choice

2. $10 returns label option in the returns portal

2. free drop off in YXE

(you will only be charged to ship back your return, we will cover the cost of new item shipping with exchange)



exchanges can also be process in our returns portal

*note if you are wanting to exchange for a completely different product type you will have to process a return and repurchase OR email

garments can either be dropped off, shipped at your own cost, or using our $10 returns label provided. we will cover the cost to ship the new item.


once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and if it has been approved or rejected.

if you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your form of payment within a few days.

if your return items do not stand up to our expectations (ie. tags removed, garments worn) we hold the right to send your return back to you (at your expense) 

late or missing refunds

if you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company and/or bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

sale items

sale items may absolutely be returned & exchanged (as long as they comply by our return and exchange policy). if the sale is 50% or more, they will be final sale.

we hold the right to adjust our return and exchange policy without any notice. if your order was placed 21 days prior to changes, we will honour the previous policy.
