not in love with your order?
we offer full returns (and exchanges*) 21 days after ship date. (this means your order is submitted and dropped in the mail 21 days after the date it was shipped).
all returns must be unworn, unwashed, free of scent, with tags and hygiene sticker still attached. - if any of these conditions are not met, your return may be refused and sent back to you at your cost.
tip: when your package arrives, open carefully, keep your tags and hygiene stickers on, and try on your garments and make a decision right away. the sooner the better.
how to initiate a return:
go to our returns center portal
enter your order number and email.
once you find your order, please follow instructions to complete the process. if there are any issues with the returns portal, please email us at email@example.com with the following information to process your return:
subject: return (portal issue)
include: full name, order number, email address, order date, reason for return, (if there is an issue with your garment please include a photo).
we will then get back to you with next steps.
you will have the option to request a $10 return label, ship on your own terms (cost will vary), or free drop off in YXE
in order to complete an exchange, select the exchange option within the returns portal. when completed this way, you may only exchange same item for different size or color.
important note regarding exchanges:
***if you would like to exchange for a completely different garment, you must return and then re-order the preferred item. the portal will not allow exchanges for different garments.
once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and if it has been approved or rejected.
if you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your form of payment within a few days.if your return items do not stand up to our expectations (ie. tags removed, garments worn) we hold the right to send your return back to you (at your expense)
if you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company and/or bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

only regular priced items may be fully refunded, items on sale for 45% or more are FINAL SALE. sale items 44% and less may be exchanged only or value placed on a gift card. this does not include discount codes. items used with discount codes may be returned.
